What exactly do you do?

Do you require long-term contracts?

Do you only work with certain shop management systems?

Nope. We work with whatever you’re already using—Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, Mitchell1, RO Writer, etc. We’re not here to sell you software. We’re here to help you get more out of the systems and tools you’re already paying for.

Do I need to attend a seminar or event to work with you?

No way. We’re not running a speaker circuit. You don’t need to fly across the country or sit through a sales pitch. Our work is hands-on, one-on-one, and focused entirely on your shop—not a hotel ballroom full of strangers.

Can you help with employee issues like hiring, training, or culture?

Yes, and that’s one of our specialties. We build recruiting systems, onboarding checklists, pay plans, training programs, and culture strategies that improve morale, increase retention, and make your shop a place people want to stay.

Can you help us clean up our finances and improve profits?

Absolutely. We provide full financial performance consulting: revenue breakdowns, cost control, vendor rebate tracking, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and monthly reconciliation. We make your numbers make sense, then help you make more of them.

Do you help with marketing too?

Yes—digital, traditional, and referral-based. From Google and Yelp Ads to SEO, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and local partnerships—we’ll help you attract, retain, and wow customers at every stage. We also build loyalty programs, review strategies, and automated follow-up flows that increase ARO and repeat visits.

Do you manage warranty and third-party claim issues?

Yes—and we’re very good at it. We set up internal warranty SOPs, streamline third-party claim submission, chase reimbursements, verify documentation, and keep your staff out of the paperwork. We’ll also help you market your warranties as a value-add to customers.

Do you help with compliance and certification programs?

Yes. We support shops with ASE training, AAA certification prep, environmental and safety compliance, business licensing, and documentation policies. We’ll walk you through what’s needed, help you prepare, and ensure you stay in good standing.

Can you help us grow or expand into multiple locations?

Do you offer vendor negotiation or inventory support?

We do. We’ll help you evaluate your vendors, negotiate better pricing and terms, set up restocking systems, and track performance. We’ll also optimize your inventory so you’re not overstocked, understocked, or burning cash in dead parts.

What if we just need leadership coaching or EOS setup?

You’ve come to the right place. We provide EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation including Vision/Traction Organizer setup, Accountability Chart creation, Rock planning, Level 10 meeting training, and full integration across your leadership team.
